At Ellee, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom-made pet name tags that are personalized just for you. Please review our return, replacement, and exchange policy carefully.
1. Customized Products
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all pet name tags are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Each item is custom-engraved based on the details you provide at the time of purchase, so please double-check all customization details before placing your order.
2. Order Confirmation
Before finalizing your order, please ensure that all details (such as names, spelling, and design preferences) are accurate. Once the engraving process has begun, we cannot make changes to the order. We recommend carefully reviewing the order details before confirming.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team may request photos to verify the defect or damage. Upon verification, we will provide options for a replacement. Please note:
- Defective items are eligible for replacement only, not a refund.

4. Refunds
Refunds are not available for custom-engraved products. In cases where a defective product cannot be replaced, we may issue store credit for the original purchase amount. Refunds are not provided for order cancellations once customization has begun.
5. Replacement Process
If eligible for a replacement, follow these steps:
- Contact customer support to initiate a replacement request.
- Provide details and photos of the defect or damage within the specified 7-day period.
- After review and approval, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional charge.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are ineligible for returns, replacements, or exchanges:
- Customized pet name tags with completed engravings.
- Products with visible signs of misuse or unauthorized modifications.
- Items reported beyond the 7-day defective claim period.
