Shipping Charges

• Additional Charges: For certain remote or high-cost locations, an extra charge may be applied.

Shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of a return or order cancellation.

Convenience Charges

Estimated Delivery Time

Our standard delivery timeframe is 5 to 15 business days for areas served by our preferred courier services (business days exclude Sundays and holidays). Items weighing over 2 kilograms or high-volume shipments may take longer. For remote areas, shipments may take up to 1-2 weeks, depending on the location.

Address Change

Non-Availability on Delivery
